3. YouTube Content and Compliance

• We do not own or host any video content. All videos are the property of their respective creators and are hosted on YouTube.
• All videos are streamed directly from YouTube using YouTube's official embed player. We do not download, store, or redistribute video or audio files.
• We use YouTube's official embed player and do not modify, strip, or bypass YouTube's branding, advertisements, or monetization features.
• Your subscription pays for AI segmentation features, not for access to YouTube content. YouTube content remains free and subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
• We comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and API policies, including the 30-day cache limit for transcript data.

Important: Your subscription fee pays for our AI segmentation technology and platform features, NOT for access to YouTube content. YouTube videos remain freely accessible according to YouTube's terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
